Do I have to pay to use FlashFlash ?
There is a free version of the flashflash application, it gives access to some shopping selections, the wishlist function as well as the store geolocation system.
What's inside the Premium version ?
The Premium version allows you to view the unlimited feed of shopping selections, it unlocks the product search option and gives access to exclusive content created by fashion professionals.
How do I subscribe to the Premium version?
It's simple ! When the "subscription" pop-up window appears on your app screen, select Option 1: Monthly subscription for € 1.99 or Option 2: Yearly subscription for € 14.99. The functions will be automatically unlocked.
Who manages the subscription & payment ?
Subscription purchase and payment are handled by the app store. You will receive a confirmation of purchase. Your account will be debited upon confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for automatic renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same amount. No termination is possible during the current active period.
How do I manage my subscription ?
You can manage your subscription directly from your iPhone. Auto-renewal can be turned off by going to your Apple Account settings. Open your Settings> Apple ID> Subscriptions> FlashFlash Premium. You can then modify or deactivate your subscription.
How do I unsubscribe ?
You can unsubscribe from your phone: Open your Settings> Apple ID> Subscriptions> FlashFlash Premium> Unsubscribe. The termination will take effect at the end of the active period.
